My mission is to empower and teach women how to elevate and receive more in motherhood. I help cycle-breaking mothers of color stop and break unwanted generational parenting behaviors.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with youth and families for over a decade to restructure the culture in the home and build more connection, ease, and vitality, I've had the honor of helping families BREAK generational patterns and DEFINE parenting and motherhood their way.

Becoming a solo mother at age 37, I understood surviving the day-to-day duties of motherhood, yet I longed to lead consistently from a place of joy versus duty, and intentionality versus survival. I began the journey of unlocking my power in motherhood by starting with myself, by looking within. I reflected on my feminine and masculine energy dynamics, elevated my gratitude practices, and invested in my personal growth.

Last but not least, I dove deeper and became intentional in my relationship with spirituality and the Divine. This is where I found more joy and laughter in the challenges of mothering. My authentic and divine power began to illuminate, growing softer and lighter, bringing more ease and peace to my interactions with myself, my kiddo, and everyone around me.

Through Motherhood by Design, I created After Her: A Daughter's Guide to Grieving, Healing & Honoring the Mother You Lost — a guided grief companion book born from my own journey of losing my mother. After Her holds space for daughters navigating the loss of their mothers, offering a path toward healing, honoring, and carrying that love forward.

As my family grows and shifts, I grow and shift. I became — and am becoming — the mother I am and will be. As for me and my house, we all shine, grow, and flourish together through every life stage.
